Loan Participation Program
 In 1999
Allen C. Ewing developed and began marketing a unique loan program which offered community banks and thrifts
in Florida participations in pools made up of one-year term, first mortgage residential loans. These loans
are made to carefully selected and qualified entrepreneurial borrowers for the purchase and renovation of
single family houses. Over forty banks have funded $165,000,000 of loans, classified as commercial loans,
providing low to middle income housing to over 2000 urban residents. Participation in the pools range from
$300,000 to $2,000,000.
